Edinburgh Gin is constantly innovating to release gorgeous new flavours, the most recent being Marmalade Sandwich and Orange and Basil Gin. Their best-selling, and much-loved, flavours are Rhubarb and Ginger, and Raspberry Gin.
Scottish gin accounts for 70% of the UK's overall gin production.
Edinburgh Gin distillery provide tours, and tasting experiences in their West End location in Edinburgh.
They have lovingly named their pot stills 'Flora' & 'Caledonia'.
