Shinjiro Torii founded the House of Suntory in 1899 with the singular vision of crafting the quintessential Japanese spirit to suit the delicate palate of his people. Passed down through the generations, Suntory’s love and respect for nature and its obsession with quality create artisanal Japanese whiskies and experiences that inspire art, food and Japan lovers globally.

Hakushu is the verdant single malt Japanese whisky born in Suntory's mountain forest distillery.
The Hakushu distillery is one of the highest in the world, built in the deep forests of Mount Kaikomagatake in the Japanese Southern Alps.
Hakushu single malt is known to be as fresh as the rainwater that gathers in the surrounding rivers. It is gently smoky, with herbal notes that reveal the complexity and excellence of Japanese whisky.
Created as the paragon of the Suntory blend, Hibiki is a harmonious sum of malt and grain whiskies, delicately blended to unfold a full orchestra of flavours and aromas.
The harmony of Japanese nature and craftsmanship is clear to see; Hibiki is not only Japan’s most highly awarded blended whisky, but also among the most prestigious whiskies in the world. The name Hibiki means “resonance” and reflects the Suntory philosophy to “live in harmony with people and nature.”
Traditionally used as the balance in Hibiki blends, grain whiskies from the Chita distillery have achieved an unrivalled level of complexity allowing them to take centre stage in Suntory's first single grain whisky.
In Aichi Prefecture of the centre of Japan, Chita Peninsula and its surroundings are known for their history of craftsmanship in fermentation.
The Chita distillery, the inventive grain whisky distillery of the House of Suntory, rises up surrounded by gently sloping hilly terrain and the serene atmosphere from the sea.
Suntory Whisky Toki
Meaning ‘time’ in Japanese, Toki brings together Suntory’s heritage and innovative spirit in a vivid blend of whiskies from the renowned Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries.
Roku means ‘six’ in Japanese and is made with six Japanese botanicals: sakura leaf and flower, gyokuro tea, sencha tea, sansho pepper and yuzu – all harvested at the peak of their season to create the best flavour.
Taking its name from the Japanese for ‘white’, Haku is made with 100% Japanese white rice. In the pursuit of perfection, it is meticulously filtered through bamboo charcoal for a brilliantly clear, smooth finish.
