This Australian grain whisky is distilled at Starward in Melbourne and matured entirely in casks that have previously held Australian red wine. These casks are used direct from the winery without any charring or re-coopering, giving a rich red wine influence. Two-Fold is crafted with wheat and malted barley for a complex and flavoursome whisky.
The nose has spiced vanilla and fresh tropical fruits. The palate brings apple and roasted pineapple with a touch of toasted oak, before a soft tannic finish.
