Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this bottling is part of the third release of four bottles in The Spirit of the Underground series they have produced to celebrate one of the great engineering projects of the last 200 years. This particular release celebrates Camden Town station and has been laid down to mature in an Amontillado sherry cask for an undisclosed length of time. Part of a limited release of 351 bottles, it was bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 58.5% abv. Back to top
