Distilled at Laphroaig distillery on Islay, where, in 1994 HRH The Prince of Wales granted the distillery's owners D Johnstone & Company Ltd the honour of using his warrant upon their bottles. This expression is produced at various intervals when a single barrel is selected by the distillery manager to be exclusively bottled for Highgrove which is the name of Charles' family home. This expression was distilled in 2004 and was put down to mature in a single oak cask for 12 years. Part of a limited release, this whisky was bottled at a strength of 46% abv. Back to top
