Distilled at the Ingenia La Cabana distillery in Fiji, this small batch rum has been released by Plantation exclusively for the UK. This expression was distilled in 2015 and laid down to mature for a total of 7 years. Initially in an ex-bourbon cask for a 5 year maturation in El Salvador's tropical climate before being transferred to France for a further 2 years of maturation in Ferrand Cognac barrels and then bottled at a strength of 48.6% abv.
