Ardmore 2007 14 Year Old SMWS 66.220 Description
Distilled at the Ardmore distillery in the Highlands, this release was bottled by independent bottlers the Scotch Malt Whisky Society. This expression was distilled in 2007 and was put down to mature in oak for 14 years. Firstly in an ex-bourbon hogshead, before being transferred for further maturation to a first fill ex-Pedro Ximenez hogshead. Part of a limited release of 269 bottles, this whisky was bottled under the name "A Neanderthal's Knapsack". Back to top
