Drambuie 1745 Ceramic Decanter Description

Drambuie is produced using aged Scotch whisky, heather honey along with herbs & spices. The origin of the recipe can be followed back to a secret recipe which had been created for Bonnie Prince Charlie by his Royal Apothecary in the 18th Century. The name comes from the Gaelic 'An Dram Buidheach' which translates into 'The Drink that Satisfies'. This expression has been presented in a decanter style bottle to commemorate the raising of the Jacobite standard in Glenfinnan, 1745. Back to top
