Distilled at an unnamed Speyside distillery, this single cask has been bottled by Ian McLeod Distillers Ltd as part of their Chieftain's range. Distilled in 1997 it has then been laid down to mature in a sherry butt for over two decades before there were only 510 bottles produced free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
