Distilled at the Cotswolds distillery south of Birmingham, this is their first single malt which they released. It is produced using 100% locally grown barley which is floor malted and it has been matured in first fill ex-bourbon barrels and reconditioned red wine casks before being bottled at 46% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
