Distilled at the family owned and ran Speyside distillery, Glenfarclas, this release was bottled by independent bottler SMWS. Distilled in late 1993, this expression was laid down to mature in a first fill Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead for over two decades before there were only 194 bottles produced with this expression being called "Beeswax on barrels".
