Distilled at Kilchoman distillery which is a farm distillery in the North West of the island. Distilled in 2006 it is a vatting of two casks which has been matured for just five years with a sherry finish before being bottled for the 2011 Feis Ile festival free from chill filtration and artificial colouring. There are various staff signatures on this bottle, including Anthony Wills and the late John Maclellan. Back to top
