Distilled at one of the youngest distilleries in Japan which was founded in 2004 by Ichiro Akuto and has been operational since 2008 being the first new distillery in Japan since 1973. This expression was distilled in 2012 before being matured in a single refill hogshead for around seven years before being bottled in 2019 to celebrate The Whisky Exchange's 20th anniversary.
