Distilled at the Wolfburn distillery in Thurso, it is the most northern most mainland distillery. Every season, they release an expression that is exclusive for distillery visitors but, due to coronavirus they have no visitors so took the decision to release it online for the first time.It has been matured for an undisclosed length of time in combination of both a sherry hogshead and a sherry octave before being bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
