Balcones Rumble Cask Reserve Description
Distilled at Balcones distillery in Texas, this is a special edition of the Balcones Rumble which is a Texas wildflower honey, Turbinado sugar and mission fig spirit. This spirit has been aged for much longer than normal and this came to be as at one point simply from a lost and found situation that occurred with some casks at the distillery and upon rediscovering them, they realised it was something interesting and special so they now use the process specifically. Each batch is produced from a combination of a few casks before being bottled with this release being bottled at 66.1% abv. Back to top
