Rozelieures Subtil Collection Description
The Grallet-Dupic distillery is based in the tiny village of Rozelieures in Lorraine, France. Having been owner and harvesters for five generations, they have been producing eau-de-vie since the 1860s but decided in the 2000s they would start whisky distillation. The Subtil Collection is the first unpeated single malt they have produced, it has been matured in a combination of bourbon, cognac and new oak casks for an undisclosed length of time before being bottled at 40% abv.
