Rozelieures Tourbé Collection Description
The Grallet-Dupic distillery is based in the tiny village of Rozelieures in Lorraine, France. Having been owner and harvesters for five generations, they have been producing eau-de-vie since the 1860s but decided in the 2000s they would start whisky distillation. The Tourbé Collection is the highly peated single malt they produce at 30ppm. This expression has been matured in American bourbon oak barrels and new barrels from a partnership with French cooper, Francisco Loureiro. It has been bottled at a strength of 46% abv. Back to top
