Distilled at the Starward distillery which is located in Melbourne, Australia which is in the slightly cooler climate which is well suited to whisky production. This expression has been matured for an undisclosed length of time in Apera barrels which is an Australian fortified wine and is similar sherry. They have matured the whisky using traditional Solera methods which is used in Spain for sherry maturation before bottled at a strength of 43% abv. Back to top
