Weller C.Y.P.B Description
Distilled at Buffalo Trace distillery in Kentucky it takes its name from the man, William Larue Weller, who was the first person to produce straight bourbon using wheat. This expression was created using an online experiment in which you 'Craft Your Perfect Bourbon', this was where whisky drinkers were asked what their ideal bourbon recipe would be including age, proof and warehouse location. There was 100,239 people that took part and the majority settled on an a wheated bourbon, 8 years old from the top of the warehouse and it should be bottled between 90 and 99 proof.
