Produced by Compass box, this release of Great King Street pays homage to Glasgow. Having looked back historically, it shows Glaswegians have preferred bigger, smokier whiskies which this release reflects having a high malt content it is inspired by 100 year old recipes. This expression has been created by using various whiskies from Speyside, Highland and Island along with single grain whisky which have been matured in various cask types before it has been bottled at a strength of 43% abv.
