Distilled at an undisclosed distillery on Orkney this release has been bottled by independent bottler North Star. This expression was distilled in early 2007 and has spent over a decade in a refill hogshead before being finished in a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask. There has been just 308 bottles produced free from chill filtration at a strength of 59.6% abv. Back to top
