Distilled at an undisclosed distillery on the island of Orkney, this release was bottled by independent bottler, Alistair Walker Whisky Co. for their Infrequent Flyers range of whiskies. This expression was distilled in 1999 and laid down to mature for over two decades in a single Pedro Ximenez sherry puncheon. In October 2020, there were just 674 bottles produced free from chill filtration and artificial colouring at a strength of 52% abv. Back to top
