Distilled at the Karuizawa distillery in Miyota which stopped whisky production back in 2000 despite its popularity. This release has been bottled as part of the Thirty-Six views of Mount Fuji series with each edition featuring artwork from Japanese artist Hokusai. This is the 33rd edition with this expression being produced using various casks which held whisky that was distilled in 1999 and 2000 before being bottled at a cask strength of 61.4% abv.
