Distilled at Sullivans Cove distilled in Hobart, Tasmania this single malt has used the traditional whisky production methods using Tasmanian ingredients. They got their name from the area in which Captain David Collins lead a settlement of people, back in 1804 which has now developed and became Hobart. This expression is from a private cask and has been bottled free from chill flirtation at 47.5 abv. after two years of maturation in an oak cask. Back to top
