Distilled at the Wolfburn distillery in Thurso, this particular bottling has been released as a Valentine's Day special release. This expression has been laid down to mature for a little over five years in a combination of fresh bourbon barrels and small 60L octaves before being bottled at a higher than normal strength for Wolfburn of 52.6% abv.
