Sazerac Rye Description
Sazerac takes its name from the Sazerac Coffee House on Royal Street in New Orleans which played a huge part in the creation of the Sazerac Cocktail. In 1869 Thomas H Handy purchased the coffee house and began working exclusively with liquor. Distilled at the Buffalo Trace distillery in Kentucky, it has been matured for an undisclosed length of time before being bottled at a strength of 45% abv. Back to top
