Bimber Oloroso Sherry Cask Batch #2 Description
Distilled at the Bimber distillery which is located in London with the first casks being laid down on 26th of May 2016. This expression has been laid down to mature in ex-bourbon oak casks for an undisclosed length of time before being finished in Oloroso sherry butts. It has been bottled as batch number two in early August 2020 with there being just 920 bottles produced. Back to top
