Distilled at the St Lucia rum distillery and bottled under the Plantation Rum name, this is the 4th release in their Extreme series with his expression being produced in a coffey still. It has spent 11 years maturing in bourbon casks tropically before spending the last two years of maturation continentally in Ferrand French oak casks.
