Distilled in Trinidad at the now closed Caroni distillery, this special bottling has been crafted by committee. A panel of 23 experts gathered in Cognac to taste and select the final barrels of stock imported from Trinidad & Guyana. They selected 22 casks which were each distilled in 1996, and have been matured in oak casks for 23 years in the tropics before being bottled at a strength of 63.5% abv. Back to top
