Drumshanbo Inaugural Release Description
Distilled at The Shed distillery in Ireland, this bottling is the inaugural release of Drumshanbo, the first Irish whiskey produced in the Western province of Connacht in 105 years. This single pot still expression has been distilled using a combination of malted and un-malted Irish barley as well as a small quantity of Irish Barra oats, the spirit has then been matured in first fill ex bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks before being bottled at a strength of 46% abv.
