Balblair 1990 2nd Release Description
Distilled at the Balblair distillery in Edderton, this release was part of their vintage releases range of whiskies. This expression was distilled in 1990 and was laid down in ex-bourbon barrels for over two decades before being transferred to Oloroso sherry casks for a final two years of maturation. This whisky was bottled in 2017 free chill filtration and artificial colouring at a strength of 46% abv. Balblair have since moved to age statement releases which were launched in 2019. Back to top
