Filey Bay STR Finish Description
Distilled at the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery, this release was distilled in 2016 and spent the first years of its maturation in ex-bourbon casks. The spirit was then transferred to be finished in shaved, toasted and re-charred red wine barriques from Rioja in Spain before being bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 46% abv.
