Filey Bay Moscatel Finish Description
Distilled at the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery, this is the first sherry cask
finish produced by Yorkshire's only single malt distillery. Distilled in 2016, this expression has been put down to amture in ex-bourbon barrels before being transferred for finishing in ex-Moscatel sherry hogsheads. Part of a limited release of 6,000 bottles, this whisky has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 46% abv. Back to top
