Distilled at the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery, this release was their annual release which was produced for the Yorkshire Open Day in 2021. This expression has been created by marrying whisky matured in Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon casks together which has been been matured for an undisclosed length of time. There were just 1,500 bottles released at a strength of 55% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring. Back to top
