Bruichladdich 2011 10 Year Old Bere Barley Description
Distilled on the Isle of Islay at Bruichladdich distillery, this is a special release in partnership with Barony Mill and Orkney College. This expression is distilled using Bere Barley, a heritage grain that never reached popularity with farmers due to its low yield. The spirit is then laid down to mature in oak casks for at least ten years before being bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 50% abv. Back to top
