Distilled at the Midleton distillery in County Cork this Redbreast release is the fourth in the distillery's Dream Cask series, launched in celebration of World Whisky Day. This expression has been matured in bourbon, sherry and ruby port casks before being married together and re-casked in a single Oloroso Sherry butt for a total maturation of 29 years. Part of a limited release of 924 bottles, this whiskey has been bottled free from chill filtration at a strength of 51.2% abv. Back to top
