Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this young distillery laid down its first casks on 26th of May 2016. This release has been bottled specially for the Soho Whisky Club. This expression was put down to mature in oak for an undisclosed length of time, initially in a single ex-bourbon cask before being transferred for finishing to a single sherry cask. Part of a limited release of 187 bottles, this whisky has been bottled at a strength of 58% abv. Back to top
