Distilled at the Cotswolds distillery south of Birmingham, this release is the second batch of their Odyseey Barley series. It is produced using 100% locally grown barley which is floor malted and it has been matured in first fill ex-bourbon barrels and reconditioned red wine casks before being bottled at a strength of 46% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
