Edradour 1997 12 Year Old Caledonia Description
Distilled at the Edradour distillery in the Highlands, this release was selected by songwriter Dougie Maclean along with also being named after his song, Caledonia. Distilled in 1997, this expression was matured in bourbon casks then transferred to Oloroso casks for a 4-5 year finishing period before being bottled at 46% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
