White Oak Akashi Beer Cask Finish Description
Distilled at the White Oak distillery in Hyogo, this release is part of the Akashi range that they produce and is a collaboration with Japanese brewer Kotobuki Shuzo. This expression was put down to mature in oak for an undisclosed length of time before being transferred for finishing to a beer cask. The whisky has then been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 50% abv. Back to top
