Distilled on then Isle of Islay at Caol Ila distillery, this release has been bottled as part of the Cooper's Choice range of whiskies. This non age statement expression was put down to mature in American oak for an undisclosed length of time, and later transferred for finishing to a single Oloroso sherry butt. Part of a limited release of 762 bottles, this whisky has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 55.5% abv. Back to top
