Distilled at the White Oak distillery in Hyogo, this release is part of the Akashi range that they produce and was bottled exclusively for the Chataga Park 10th Anniversary. This expression was laid down to mature for just three years in Pedro Ximenez sherry oak before being bottled at a cask strength of 62% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
