Distilled at the Speyside distillery Glenallachie, this release forms part of their Wine Series, special releases finished in wine casks. This expression has been put down to mature in bourbon casks for approximately 11 years, it is then transferred for finishing to Spanish rioja barriques for a final two years of maturation before being bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colouring at a strength of 48% abv.
