Distilled at the White Oak distillery in Hyogo, this Akashi release is part of the Colors of the Four Seasons range, bottled for Liquors Hasegawa. This expression was put down to mature for 6 years, firstly in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks, before being transferred to a single Yamanshi winery red wine cask for finishing. Part of a limited release of 366 bottles, this whisky has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 63% abv. Back to top
