Distilled at the Ben Nevis distillery in the Highlands, this release has been bottled by independent bottlers Elixir as part of their "The Single Malts of Scotland" range for exclusively for Royal Mile Whiskies. This expression was distilled in 1996 and has spent 24 years in an oak hogshead before there were just 223 bottles produced at a strength of 51.5% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
