Distilled at the Bruichladdich distillery, Port Charlotte is the heavily peated whisky that they produce with this release being a travel retail exclusive. This expression was distilled in 2009 and was laid down to mature in a combination of French oak and American whisky casks for 6 years before being transferred to Sicilian wine casks for finishing.
