Distilled at the Asaka distillery in Japan, this Yamazakura expression was produced to commemorate the 5th anniversary of online retailer Dekanta. It was distilled in 2017, and laid down to mature in a single American oak barrel, before being bottled in 2020 at a strength of 51% abv. free of artificial colouring and chill filtration.
