Yamazaki Tsukuriwake Selection 2022

Distilled at the Yamazaki distillery in Japan, this lot includes the four 2022 editions that they released and it consists of four non-age statement bottlings which were all bottled at 48% abv.

This lot includes -

Yamazaki Puncheon - this expression has been put down to mature in 480 litre American oak puncheon casks rather than the more conventional hogshead.

Yamazaki Peated - this expression has been produced using heavily peated malted barley and has been put down to mature in oak casks for an undisclosed length of time.

Yamazaki Sherry Oak - this expression has been put down to mature in Spanish oak casks sourced from northern Spain.

Yamazaki Mizunara - this expression has been put down to mature in rare Japanese Mizunara casks rather than the more conventional hogshead.
