Distilled at the Cotswolds distillery south of Birmingham, this is the 2017 release of their Odyssey Barley series. It is produced using 100% locally grown barley which is floor malted and it has been matured in first fill barrels before being bottled at a strength of 46% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
