Dalmore 15 Year Old Luminary No.1 2022 Edition Description
Distilled at the Dalmore distillery in the Highlands, this expression is the first in the Luminary series, which has been produced in partnership with the V&A Dundee. It has been created by designer of the V&A Dundee, Kengo Kuma, and his protégé Maurizio, in collaboration with Richard Paterson and Gregg Glass. It has been laid down to mature for 15 years first in American white oak casks, before finishing in Amarone red wine casks and virgin Kintsugi casks which have been constructed using Scottish Tay, Japanese oak and American white oak. It was then bottled at a strength of 46.8% abv. free from chill-filtration and artificial colourings. Back to top
